During this 60-minute virtual guidance call you will receive answers to your most pressing questions about your upcoming birth, mindfulness tools and meditations so you can move forward with peace of mind that you are making the choices that are best for you and your baby.
Calm and Confident Childbirth Education Program
INVESTMENT: $266
This program offers 5, private virtual sessions full of empowering birth education, meditations and mindfulness tools to help you birth your baby feeling calm confident and empowered as you bring your baby into the world.
Scheduled Cesarean Support
INVESTMENT: $722
You will receive 4, private, virtual session to help prepare for your scheduled cesarean. You will learn what to expect, what to pack, how to prepare, and comfort and recovery for postpartum. You will also receive virtual on-call support the day of your scheduled cesarean to address any questions that come up throughout your experience. Own your cesarean birth with this empowering preparation package.
Classic Birth Support
INVESTMENT: $1600
You will be guided through the 5 private, virtual sessions from the Calm and Confident Childbirth Education Program as well as on call birth support and 1 postpartum visit. Throughout our time together you will receive 10% off holistic offerings such as reiki and ceremonies including mother blessings and closing of the bones. During your birth experience you have the option to request energy work to enhance your birth experience as well as access to my professional birth pool.
